The meeting was held between Kinross and Ecogreen Generation Sdn. Bhd. at their office. Kinross was represented by its Director and CEO, Dennis Ng, Director and Chairman, Johnny Lian, Director and COO, Jeff Png as well as Field Consultant, Joe Yau. Ecogreen Generation was represented by its Director and CEO, Mr E L Law and his farm manager, Mr Boon.
Kinross had the opportunity to tour the office of Ecogreen before the formal meeting. The meeting held on 11 April at their office culminated in signing of an MOU for a joint research and collaboration of the use of Kinross’s products to treat the Paulownia trees plantation.
After the signing, a lunch was hosted by Mr Law. After lunch, the plantation manager, Mr Law brought us to the sites of the Paulownia trees, especially in the estates that were having growth issues. We also visited the nursery in which the seedlings were grown before being brought to the plantations.

The discussion was followed by an agreement to collaborate and an MOU was signed between the two companies.
